WHY REVOLUTION? (continued)



"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness."

Why Revolution?
   As these words of the Declaration of Independence ring true, we are being presented with unprecedented impunity, the violation of our natural rights by the very government we have instituted to protect them. Now to be clear, the intent of this "Revolution" and "Re-Declaration of Independence" is NOT to overthrow the government of the United States of America, but it is the intent of these actions to return to the principles and the rightful "Law of the Land", the Constitution of the United States by all peaceful means available. We The People will not stand for the dismantling of the COTUS by a cabal of corrupt individuals posing to represent our nation under false pretenses.

Here is a list of grievences to the government that need to be addressed immediately;

"It has failed to honor its sworn duty to uphold and defend our Constitution, openly and publicly spurned our Constitution, declared our Constitution a "living document" open to broad interpretation and of no effect, and enacted laws that violate both the spirit and the letter of our Constitution."

It has plundered our treasury, borrowed vast sums of money, saddled our children with crushing debt, recklessly spent our nation into an impending state of bankruptcy, brought us to the brink of financial collapse, and destroyed the economic prosperity of our people only to assure financial security of the very institutions of finance that have been irresponsible and fraudulent in conducting their business.

It has Taxed us illegally and without our consent by implementing the 16th amendment in violation of  Article One, Section 2 of the Constitution.

Placed onerous financial burdens upon us with mandates for purchasing products or services, and ensnared us in a tangled and complex web of unintelligible tax laws and codes, and licensing, powers not enumerated in the COTUS

It has excited divisions amongst us by instigating class warfare, exacerbating racial tensions, and inciting hatred and animosity among people of differing opinions for political posturing and distracting the public from it's covert actions of tyranny and conquest.

 Its National Security has failed to secure our borders from foreign invaders, and foreign criminals yet have unduly created costly agencies to police the common US citizen under the guise of said National Security invading ones privacy and it has worked to stifle and eliminate free thought and free speech with the threat of police harassment and indefinite detention with the enactment of un-constitutional legislation. in violation of the 1st, 4th, 5th, and 6th amendments under the Bill of Rights.

It has allowed Lobbyists and special interests to exert undue and disproportionate influence on legislation and the legislative process and granted corporate entities "personhood" with their perverted translation of the 14th amendment.

It has crafted legislation in secret behind closed doors, failed to provide for an open and honest dialogue, failed to provide for an adequate period of time to read and understand legislation brought to the floor for a vote, and selectively and arbitrarily barred legislators and the People from participation in the legislative process and has exempt themselves from their own laws in clear violation of the 28th ammendment.


‘"In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms.’ The Protests, Tea Parties, Marches on Washington, D.C., Town Hall Meetings, the Occupy Movement, phone calls, emails and myriad other petitions and remonstrations of The People, have fallen on willfully deaf ears, and have not bent our elected representatives to the will of The People. Instead, ‘Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury’; the voices of The People having been repeatedly and disdainfully ignored, cursed, demonized, oppressed, and violated. And in the face of a clear majority of The People in opposition to policies and legislation, past, present, and proposed, that endanger our Liberty and Security, this government has chosen to redouble its efforts to enact policies and legislation that will bankrupt our nation, further erode our freedoms, and endanger our security, both at home and abroad. The People of these United States have patiently endured throughout, clinging to the faint hope of awaking one day to a repentant government; a government having forsaken its wayward thirst for power; a government striving with all its might to return to the Principles of our Nation’s Founding. No longer able to cling to this hope we must declare, as our Founding Fathers declared: ‘A President and Congress whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, are unfit to represent a free people"

Our Nation’s Founders fought a war of arms, shedding their precious blood, sweat and tears, so that they might Break the Bonds of Tyranny, and enjoy the sweet taste of Liberty. Many brave and honorable men and women have shed their blood, sweat, and tears since, in order to defend and preserve The People’s Liberty and the Republic they held so dear; for their generation and for generations to follow. Today, the war between Tyranny and Liberty rages on, and we find ourselves once again engaged on the field of battle. Today, we wage this longstanding war on the battlefield of ideas, with the fervent hope that we might, through our peaceful nonviolent victory, avert the pending clash of arms and resulting shedding of blood, sweat, and tears that looms over our nation like a dark and ominous cloud. Today, we fight to defend and preserve our way of life; our Constitution; our Republic; our Liberty"

"The choice of charting a new course leading to Liberty or continuing down the well-trodden path leading to enslavement and subjugation by a Tyrannical government, having been placed before The People, we hereby boldly declare our Independence from the numerous and endless insidious forms and manifestations of Tyranny, and our undying allegiance to the cause of Liberty"

"We, therefore, the People of the United States of America, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by the Authority granted to a Free People, solemnly publish and declare’, with one resounding voice, that ‘We The People of the United States are, and of Right ought to be Free’ from a government rife with corruption, greed, and the undue influence of special interests; free from unconstitutional, intrusive and oppressive legislation, laws, codes, policies and mandates; free from out of control government spending; free from nonresponsive and irresponsible representation; free from burdensome taxation and nonsensical insidious tax codes; and free from the intrusiveness and oppression of BIG Government in general. Furthermore, we are resolved to once and for all Break the Bonds of Tyranny and throw off forever the chains of oppression that have been so long forged by Presidents and Congresses, past and present, having so nearly and completely bound us hand and foot, rendering us helpless beneath the heel of Tyranny"

"That in the furtherance of securing our Liberty, we hereby commit ourselves to doing everything within our individual and collective power, short of violence or the taking up of arms against our government or our countrymen, to cause the repeal of all unconstitutional, intrusive and oppressive legislation, laws, codes, and mandates, and to cause the enactment of Constitutional Amendments, which of necessity, are required in order to repair the former assaults against our Liberty, cure the excesses and corruption of the current President and Congress, place proper constraints upon The People’s government, and return government to its proper and originally intended place of servitude to We The People, as established by Our Nation’s Founders"

"And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, and our oaths to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies foreign or domestic, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our Sacred Honor’"

  1. I'm new to this whole joining thing but finally did and felt compelled to give everyone a heads up about an author I've been following people should check out. His new book Damascus Road is excellent and right on point. His other book published last year, Almost Home was chilling about a power grid failure - and then Hollywood ripped it off for the TV series Revolution. Hollywood is such a rip off. Anyway... here's what I'm in to and thought I'd share.

    CW regains consciousness with a knot on the back of his head - painful evidence of the brawl with Homeland Security. His family was going home with their monthly load of supplies when forced to stop at the mobile enforcement checkpoint to have papers validated and their bodies searched again - a humiliation they had endured earlier that morning. When TSA dragged their 13-year old daughter Clarion away in handcuffs Shelby fought like a wildcat until she was taken down and clubbed into submission face down on the pavement. He tried but failed to reach them, doing his best by putting up one hell of a fight until being knocked unconscious. TSA had no right to do what they did. Now his family is separated and he doesn’t know where they were taken. He vows in his heart to find them and bring them home – swearing unholy vengeance on anyone that hurt his family.

    Damascus Road is a story of love of family, digging deeper than you thought possible when facing insurmountable odds and making your own luck until you ultimately succeed even as the world crumbles around you.
